Somewhere just south of Downtown Dallas lies a quant little dive, Mikes Gemini Twin. To the left, a well used pool table. The right, tucked between tables an unused stripper pole (I’m sure its seen some indecency in its day), But directly on the bar top is a commercial grade hot dog roller — heaven.

This marks a beginning and an end all in the same breath… The end of what was KlineInTheWild, a voiceless placeless entity that held no salt. The birth of West Texaco, a curation of art from the road buried in the dust. Images illuminated by dive bar neon. Sun bleached stories we forget to tell.

This isn’t clout, it’s not a desire to prove - this is my magazine, my gallery, my digital book of photos I take and want to share without the press of algorithms or likes. Subscribe, unsubscribe it’s neither here nor there. My art is my own and this is a way to share that in my own way.
